About the role
The Administrative Support Officer provides comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director‑General’s Office, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality support for both domestic and international duties.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate correspondence, meetings, and appointments for the Director‑General.
- Prepare, proofread, and draft official letters, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems with strict confidentiality.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and communications.
- Arrange travel logistics, including tickets, hotel bookings, and event access.
- Organise official events, workshops, and visits for senior management.
- Support operational budget preparation for the senior management office.
Required profile
- Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience.
- Specialisation in Office Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
