About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Secretary & Administrator to support the Chairman’s office in Dubai. The role demands exceptional communication, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced executive environment while maintaining the utmost discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and official communications.
- Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, executive reports and presentation materials.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman, senior executives, board members and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office administration including filing, document management and records maintenance.
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and strict discretion.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or senior administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
