About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Administrator to support the Post‑Contract Technical Procurement Department of a leading GCC construction company. You will manage reporting systems, dashboards, and procurement trackers, providing accurate data and insights for large‑scale MEP projects.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update departmental dashboards, trackers, logs, and reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, presentations, and departmental updates.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of procurement and operational data.
- Monitor procurement status across live projects and maintain visibility for stakeholders.
- Coordinate reporting requirements with Procurement, Engineering, Commercial, QA/QC, and Management teams.
- Support governance initiatives by maintaining structured reporting and documentation systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing new reporting tools and digital platforms.
- Track departmental KPIs and provide trend insights.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Experience in administrative support, data management, or reporting within a construction or engineering environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
