About the role
The Aftersales Manager will lead daily workshop and aftersales operations for a leading UAE automotive distribution group, ensuring timely, high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Service Advisors, Technicians, Quality Control and other workshop staff.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired on schedule with minimal repeat repairs.
- Manage aftersales targets, workshop productivity, service revenue, costs and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer issues and collaborate with Parts, Sales and Management to improve the aftersales business.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of automotive aftersales or workshop experience, including supervisory or management roles.
- Strong background with passenger vehicles in an authorized dealership or distributor, knowledge of service, warranty, KPIs and team management.
- Valid UAE driving licence and strong leadership and communication abilities.
