Aftersales Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Automotive Brand

About the role

The Aftersales Manager will lead the after‑sales strategy for a new ultra‑luxury, AI‑enabled automotive brand in the UAE. Reporting to regional leadership, you will ensure a premium ownership experience across service, warranty, parts, technical support and dealer performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UAE after‑sales strategy in line with global OEM standards.
• Manage dealer and service partner performance, monitoring KPIs, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare new vehicle launches for after‑sales readiness, including tools, parts, training and technical documentation.
• Oversee technical support, complex issue escalation and warranty operations, ensuring cost control and policy compliance.
• Optimize parts inventory, availability and supply planning.
• Drive service quality, CSI/NPS improvement and resolution of escalated customer cases.
• Ensure readiness for EVs, connected vehicles, ADAS, OTA updates and other intelligent vehicle technologies.
• Lead dealer technical and service training programmes and capability development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of automotive after‑sales management experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record managing service, warranty, parts and technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of EV/NEV technologies, diagnostics, ADAS, connected vehicles and OTA updates.
• Experience supporting new model launches and dealer network development.
