AI Agent Manager, Commercial

About the role

The AI Agent Manager, Commercial will design, build and deploy AI‑driven agents that automate and augment sales and revenue‑operations workflows. This senior, hands‑on role focuses on accelerating sales productivity, improving pipeline quality and reducing manual effort across the commercial organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high‑value AI use cases such as lead qualification, outbound sequencing, proposal drafting, quote generation and CRM data enrichment.
• Design, configure and launch AI agents using LLMs, APIs and integration tools, managing the full lifecycle from prototype to production.
• Embed AI agents into daily sales activities, measuring time saved, error reduction and throughput improvements.
• Drive bottom‑up adoption through hands‑on training, playbooks, workshops and champion development.
• Collaborate with revenue‑operations and data teams to ensure clean data, build CRM/ERP integrations and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Define and track KPIs for each agent, reporting adoption rates, productivity gains and accuracy.

Required profile

• Senior individual contributor with at least 36 months of experience in AI/automation within commercial or sales environments.
• Proven ability to work closely with sales leaders, revenue‑operations and product teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and change‑management.
