Job description

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Development Engineer to design, build, and integrate enterprise AI solutions, including generative AI applications, retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows.

Key responsibilities

Develop GenAI apps, RAG components, prompt flows, data connectors, APIs and AI agents using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
Design responsive user interfaces with React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and UI libraries such as Material UI or Tailwind CSS.
Implement vector indexes, embeddings, document processing and knowledge grounding using Azure AI services.
Create PoCs, MVPs and reusable accelerators for client demonstrations.
Support testing, performance tuning, monitoring, cost optimisation and documentation of deployment patterns.

Required profile

5‑8 years of experience in software, data, AI, cloud development or automation.
Hands‑on experience building GenAI, RAG, chatbot or enterprise AI integration solutions.
Proven ability to work in agile teams and communicate technical trade‑offs clearly.

Required skills

Python, FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Material UI, Tailwind CSS.
Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML fundamentals.
RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering.
Agent frameworks, orchestration, tool calling, workflow automation.
APIs, databases, message queues, Git, CI/CD, containers, automated testing.
