AI Engineer

About the role

ChillBase is a product-driven game development company behind OneState, a large-scale mobile social role-play game on Unity. As the company grows, it wants to scale its use of AI systematically. This AI Engineer role keeps the performance team's AI setup running and improving, making agent-based tools production-ready and automating marketing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the performance team's AI setup running and better: Dify with alerts and agents in Slack, MCP connectors to ClickHouse and other services, and managing model API keys and their costs.
• Take the team's agent-built code (Claude Code, vibe coding) and make it production-ready and maintainable, so agents write and maintain their own code.
• Ship safely: nothing exposed to the internet, nothing breaking.
• Build AI tools that automate performance marketing workflows and help the team move faster.
• Own the rollout of new platforms or tools that would make a difference.
• Document the infrastructure and help the team adopt AI with templates, scripts and training.
• Measure the impact of rollouts: speed, quality, errors and costs before and after.
• Work with the IT team on the company's shared AI infrastructure.

Required profile

• Hands-on AI engineer who has taken AI/LLM solutions into production, from problem definition to running in a real workflow.
• Dev background such as software engineering, platform engineering or DevOps; has built working agent-based systems and automation workflows.
• Experience in performance marketing or marketing data is a plus.

Required skills

• Dify or similar platforms
• Python, Docker, CI/CD and secret management
• SQL, ClickHouse and ad network APIs (Meta, TikTok)
• Agent orchestration frameworks and internal tooling
• An understanding of gamedev is a plus
