About the role
The e& AI Graduate Programme is a 12‑month, work‑based training journey designed to develop UAE national talent into future tech leaders. Participants will rotate across e& offices in the UAE, gaining hands‑on experience with emerging AI technologies and leadership fundamentals.
Required profile
- Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher from any accredited UAE institution (all majors).
- Up to 2 years of professional experience and graduated within the last 2 years.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Passionate and motivated individuals ready to contribute to digital transformation.
