Senior Appian Business Analyst / Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Appian Business Analyst / Designer to join TCS in Dubai. The role combines business analysis with end‑to‑end design of Appian applications, supporting clients in the BFSI and finance sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into Appian‑based solutions.
• Design complete Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations and data models.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead workshops, requirement sessions and solution design discussions.
• Ensure best practices in Appian design, performance optimisation and governance.
• Support testing, deployment and post‑production activities.

Required profile

• Strong experience with the Appian BPM platform (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integration, CDTs).
• Solid background in business analysis, requirement documentation and stakeholder management.
• Experience in solution design and architecture on Appian.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to integration technologies (REST/SOAP), databases and APIs.
