AI Implementation Strategist

About the role

The AI Implementation Strategist will support the planning, execution and adoption of AI-driven solutions across multiple business functions. You will work closely with department teams and vendors to automate manual processes and integrate AI tools into everyday workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end‑to‑end delivery of AI projects, from kickoff to deployment, and document progress for stakeholders.
• Conduct process walkthroughs with Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, Logistics and other teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain no‑code/low‑code automations using platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Onboard employees to new AI tools, provide guides, walkthroughs and first‑line support.
• Track metrics like time saved, error reduction and adoption rates, and prepare simple reports for management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a technology, operations or process‑improvement role.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one automation or no‑code tool.
• Comfortable exploring and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and a self‑starter attitude.
