AI Sales Specialist

About the role

Cohesity is building a new AI Business Unit and needs a founding go‑to‑market leader to own the GAIA revenue stream. You will drive sales of AI‑powered data security and analytics solutions across enterprise accounts in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full GAIA revenue quota for product, infrastructure and consulting‑advisory bookings in your territory.
• Act as the AI subject‑matter expert in every deal, engaging C‑level AI leaders such as CAIOs, CDOs and VPs of AI.
• Generate and qualify pipeline through daily outbound activity and partner co‑sell motions with NVIDIA, AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Develop executive‑grade pitch decks, proposals and business cases that translate technology into measurable business value.
• Blend product and consulting opportunities into multi‑phase account plans and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of quota‑carrying technology sales experience, including 2‑3 years selling AI solutions to senior AI buyers.
• Proven hunter track record generating pipeline in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling both platform/infrastructure products and consulting‑advisory services.
• Strong ability to build executive‑level presentations and hold discussions with buying committees.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AI platforms, deployment models and use cases.
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and partner co‑sell processes.
• Experience with data‑security and data‑management solutions.
