Distribution Account Manager – UAE

About the role

Cohesity is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based in the UAE to lead and enable distributor partnerships across the Gulf region. You will drive distributor‑led growth, manage joint business plans, and expand Cohesity’s footprint in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage distribution partnerships, executing joint business plans to grow pipeline across the Gulf region.
• Create awareness and demand for Cohesity solutions through distributor partners and collaborate on go‑to‑market execution.
• Forecast distributor pipeline conversion and develop sales strategies aligned with Cohesity’s objectives.
• Enable distributor sales and technical teams, track performance against plan, and address gaps in enablement, pipeline, and bookings.
• Coordinate marketing activities with distributors, leveraging Cohesity resources to maximize ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, with 8+ years of distribution/channel management experience.
• Proven track record against quota and experience growing distributor‑managed partners in Gulf markets.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams, design engagement strategies, and present to both small and large audiences.
• Willingness to travel >50% across the Gulf region and occasionally internationally.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support decision‑making.
