AI Solutions Developer - Agent Implementation

About the role

Timeless Group of Companies, a family-owned retail, distribution, trading and investment group based in Dubai, is hiring an AI solutions developer in Dubai. The role focuses on implementing production-ready agents and automating administrative workflows for internal teams. It is a full-time, on-site engineering position for someone with a relevant computer science background and practical experience building LLM applications and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agents that address internal administrative workflows.
• Develop Claude API tools and LLM agent workflows, integrating them with Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, REST APIs and other business systems.
• Implement human-in-the-loop approval and escalation controls, keeping audit logs and traceability.
• Evaluate agent performance and correction rates, and improve prompts, context and workflows accordingly.
• Coordinate ERP integration requirements and testing, and train internal teams to maintain the systems.
• Gather and document examples of agents that have been shipped.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
• Two to six years of experience in engineering or related application development.
• Plus: experience in retail, apparel and fashion, luxury goods and jewelry, transportation, logistics, supply chain, storage, wholesale or import/export; English and Tagalog; exposure to AI agent development or LLM integrations.

Required skills

• Practical Python and TypeScript.
• Claude API development (Claude Certified Developer - Foundations).
• MCP server development and LLM agent workflows.
• REST API integrations with Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint and ERP systems.
• Prompt and context engineering, and audit logging and traceability.
