AI/ML engineer with experience in finance

About the role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, fine-tune and deploy AI models that power our finance-focused products. You will work closely with product and data teams to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions that directly impact company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Fine-tune and maintain large language and vision models, as well as forecasting models.
• Monitor model performance and implement guardrails to ensure reliability.
• Guide internal teams in building custom datasets for financial document processing.
• Develop new AI-driven features for finance applications, moving from proof-of-concept to MVP and production.
• Research, evaluate and experiment with internal and external AI solutions.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years handling financial documents.
• Proven ability to take ideas from prototype to production in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to collaborate in small teams.
• Detail-oriented and ambitious about delivering high-quality AI solutions.
