Airport Planner Engineer (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for an Airport Planner Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team and contribute to high‑profile international airport infrastructure projects. The role involves supporting the planning, design and future expansion of terminals and airfields while ensuring operational efficiency and capacity optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support terminal and airfield planning projects.
• Perform airport capacity and demand analyses.
• Conduct technical airport planning studies and calculations.
• Assess airspace capacity and demand.
• Support the development and review of flight procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and planning documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients, stakeholders and project partners.
• Assist business development activities, including proposal preparation and client‑facing technical presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in airport planning or airport infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international environments.
• Willingness to travel across the region when required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
