Analyst I – Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join Marsh’s MEA Risk Engineering – Technology & Innovation team in Abu Dhabi. The Analyst I – Advisory will support the Energy & Power risk engineering business by analysing processes, building digital tools and providing data‑driven insights for internal and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and help design digital solutions to automate manual tasks.
• Develop and maintain internal applications, exploring emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
• Collect, organise and validate data from risk surveys and internal databases, and generate actionable insights using Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with MEA Energy and Power risk engineers to support risk assessments, insurance submissions and client presentations.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports, and participate in internal and client meetings.
• Shadow experienced risk engineers in the field and take part in training programmes to build expertise in risk engineering and data analysis.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Interest in risk engineering, insurance or energy‑power sectors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
