Analyst - Real Estate

About the role

A fast-growing, multi-asset investment platform with an expanding real estate presence across the region and internationally is looking for an Analyst in Dubai. The role covers the evaluation, execution and management of real estate investment opportunities across several asset classes and geographies, with exposure to acquisitions, financial modelling and strategic investment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and markets
• Build detailed financial models covering acquisitions, valuations, cash flow analysis and scenario modelling
• Conduct market research, asset-level analysis and feasibility assessments
• Support financial, commercial and operational due diligence
• Analyse investment performance, market trends and portfolio metrics
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations and transaction documentation
• Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout transactions
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting and asset management, and support expansion and market-entry projects
• Help develop internal investment and reporting processes

Required profile

• 1-2 years' experience in real estate investments, Big4, investment banking, private equity, advisory or a related field
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA or ARGUS certification are advantageous
• Exposure to UAE / GCC real estate markets is strongly preferred

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Understanding of valuation methodologies and transaction processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
