App Store Optimization (ASO) Expert

About the role

Gate, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for an App Store Optimization (ASO) Expert to own and grow its presence on iOS App Store and Google Play. This long‑term builder role will shape keyword strategy, conversion optimization, and multilingual review management to drive organic installs and user trust worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end ASO strategy for iOS and Android, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and organic install growth.
• Run A/B experiments on screenshots, preview videos, and icons using Google Play Experiments and iOS Product Page Optimization.
• Build and maintain a multilingual review response system, analyzing feedback to improve ratings and product quality.
• Monitor core metrics (impressions, CVR, installs, keyword rankings) with tools such as Sensor Tower, Data.ai, and Appsflyer; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track competitor ASO tactics from top exchanges and extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with paid acquisition, product, design, and content teams to align organic and paid growth strategies.
• Support ASO across priority markets, including English, Japanese, Korean, European languages, and Latin American Spanish/Portuguese.

Required profile

• 3+ years of ASO or mobile growth experience, preferably in internet, fintech, or crypto.
• Deep understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms and platform policies.
• Hands‑on experience with ASO tools such as Sensor Tower, App Annie, or Mobile Action.
• Strong data analysis skills; familiarity with Appsflyer, Firebase, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent English reading and writing ability; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
