Arabic‑Speaking Call Center Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Arabic‑English professional to join our 24/7 call centre in Dubai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications across phone, chat and email channels while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage calls, live chats and email inquiries in Arabic and English.
• Follow up on open cases and ensure they are resolved to closure.
• Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Work rotating shifts to support continuous operations.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum 2 years of call‑center experience, including at least 1 year in a local (UAE) environment.
• Graduation in Business Management or a related field.
• Immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency (native or near‑native).
• English language proficiency (fluent).
