Architect

About the role

TurningPoint Energy is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Architect to develop architectural designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts and planning solutions based on project requirements.
• Prepare drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details and presentation materials, and produce high‑quality 3D models, renderings and visual assets.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, interior, landscape and other disciplines, and review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct site visits, support resolution of design issues during implementation and maintain organized project records.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field with strong understanding of design principles, space planning and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit or SketchUp, plus ability to read structural, MEP and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with clients and project teams.
