Architect On Record (AOR) – UAE

About the role

The Architect On Record (AOR) will lead all architectural design submissions, approvals and permits for projects in the UAE. Acting as the primary liaison between Kleindienst Group and government authorities, the AOR ensures full compliance with local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and submit architectural design documents to Dubai Municipality, Trakhees and other relevant authorities.
• Lead the project from conceptual stage through design development, producing authority submission drawings and attending inspections.
• Coordinate design solutions with consultants, produce design documentation and support project execution.
• Handle master‑plan submissions, resolve authority comments and obtain final approvals.
• Review shop drawings, technical drawings and contractor documents, and provide solutions to design issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) Card – Dubai.
• Dubai Municipality G+12 Architecture License, Trakhees Blue Card and White Card.

Required skills
