Architectural Draftsman - Offshore (2 vacancies)

About the role

The client, a leading UAE conglomerate, is seeking two Architectural Draftsmen for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for producing coordinated architectural drawings from design development through construction and final as‑built submission.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coordinated architectural drawings and details for buildings, fit‑out works and modular facilities.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and construction details.
• Produce and update drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare door, window, finish and room schedules and coordinate approved materials.
• Collaborate with MEP and structural teams to ensure design integration.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Drafting with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural plans, elevations, sections, fit‑out details and building code requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, including as‑built drawings and revision control.
• Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and experience with modular and temporary structures.
