Architectural Manager - High-Rise Buildings

About the role

Abu Alnaga Contracting and Development is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager with a strong background in high-rise building projects to lead architectural design coordination, manage technical teams and deliver complex high-rise developments in line with project requirements, quality standards and local regulations. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural activities for high-rise projects from design development through construction completion.
• Oversee architectural teams, consultants and technical coordinators to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade and specialist consultants for seamless integration of all disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority requirements, project specifications and international standards.
• Manage design reviews, technical meetings and coordination workshops with consultants and stakeholders.
• Identify design conflicts and provide technical solutions during construction, and monitor progress, quality and timelines.
• Support value engineering initiatives and mentor architectural staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including significant experience managing high-rise projects.
• Proven track record delivering towers, residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction systems, façade coordination and finishing works.
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodologies and site execution.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and Navisworks, and relevant design software.
• Leadership, communication and project management skills.
