Area Demand and IBP Director – MEAP, Turkey & CIS

About the role

Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Demand Management process across the MEAP & Turkey‑CIS region, ensuring forecast accuracy and cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional IBP and S&OP processes, delivering high‑quality demand forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inputs from Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Quality teams.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) planning in partnership with global teams.
• Oversee Influvac demand forecasting and allocation across the region.
• Drive Class A implementation, certification readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as liaison between affiliates, division and global teams to resolve planning and supply challenges.
• Support adoption of new global processes, systems, dashboards and reporting tools through training and change management.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, IBP or S&OP within a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional and regional teams.
• Advanced understanding of forecasting, S&OP, continuous improvement and supply chain processes.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Fluent in English.
