Area Sales Manager – Middle East (Dubai)

About the role

Adecco is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the Middle East from our Dubai office. You will be responsible for planning, proposing, agreeing and monitoring sales targets for assigned markets, ensuring importer performance and profitability align with retail standards.

Key responsibilities

• Steer and ensure achievement of sales targets for production, wholesale and retail.
• Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews with importers.
• Analyse key performance indicators, coach importers and develop corrective action plans.
• Align sales volume forecasts with internal teams and monitor monthly performance against business plans.
• Recommend tactical measures to boost vehicle sales and support new production orders.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market movements and drive implementation of product‑price strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting from importers (weekly estimates, forecasts, production requests).
• Support dealer development, facility projects and sales training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in sales operations, production planning or a similar function, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive markets in the Middle East and Africa.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
