Asset Performance Analyst

About the role

The Asset Performance Analyst will support Etihad Rail Infrastructure by turning complex asset data into actionable business insights. You will produce performance, reliability and maintenance reports that enable data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and disseminate asset and reliability information from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and bespoke reports on asset availability, resource allocation, maintenance performance and reliability.
• Identify and resolve data quality or reporting issues by working with internal and external technical teams.
• Continuously improve analytic tools, techniques and processes to reduce information overload.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to enhance reporting automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the railway, public transport or asset‑intensive maintenance environment.
• Proven experience as a data or business analyst with strong statistical and visualisation skills.
• Familiarity with Etihad Rail Infrastructure policies, standards and asset management strategies.

Required skills

• SAP Business Intelligence (BI) or similar EAM tools (e.g., Maximo).
• Power BI, Tableau or comparable data‑visualisation platforms.
• SQL, Python, R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Data modelling, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Big Data analytics, AI and machine learning concepts.
