About the role

Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated, forward‑thinking Assistant Head Teacher for the secondary phase. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management to uphold high standards of teaching, learning, student wellbeing, and school improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Headteacher in day‑to‑day school operations and strategic planning.
• Drive excellence in teaching and learning across the secondary curriculum.
• Ensure student wellbeing initiatives align with the school’s vision and ADEK requirements.
• Lead school improvement projects and maintain compliance with international accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with staff to foster a culture of continuous growth and high performance.
