Assistant Manager / Manager – Tax, Digital Finance & Business Advisory

About the role

ECOVIS JRB is building a fast‑growing advisory practice focused on digital finance, tax and business transformation. You will work closely with senior leadership to help UAE clients prepare for e‑invoicing, optimise finance processes and navigate VAT and corporate tax complexities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UAE e‑invoicing readiness and implementation projects.
• Conduct business process reviews and finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide VAT and corporate tax advisory support.
• Review accounting and financial reporting practices.
• Engage with clients on ERP and finance system discussions.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops and advisory engagements.
• Develop methodologies, templates and internal knowledge assets.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Strong foundation in accounting and UAE VAT.
• Ability to understand and analyse business operations.
• Confident communication with clients and management teams.
• Curiosity about technology, automation and digital finance.
• Ownership mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
• Desire to build new solutions rather than maintain existing ones.
• Experience with ERP systems, process improvement or digital transformation projects is a plus.
