Assistant Manager – Marketing

About the role

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, a luxury beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join its Marketing and Communications team. The role will support the development and execution of the resort’s marketing strategy, aligning with the broader Jumeirah Group objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and implementation of the resort’s marketing strategy, focusing on digital channels and conversion.
• Assist CRM and Rooms Marketing teams with email‑marketing and organic social media initiatives.
• Improve performance of paid campaigns across search, metasearch, display, prospecting and remarketing channels.
• Increase organic traffic through SEO optimisation.
• Manage relationships and performance of digital media agencies to secure best technical frameworks and media‑buying conditions.
• Liaise with the Group Digital Analytics Manager to enhance measurement, reporting tools and attribution modelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing role within hospitality or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media and SEO.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on performance optimisation.
