About the role

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will support Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in shaping and executing its digital marketing strategy, aligning with the broader group objectives. The role focuses on driving quality traffic, enhancing conversion rates, and contributing to the resort’s commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the resort’s marketing strategy using digital channels, with a strong emphasis on conversion and traffic quality.
• Assist CRM and Rooms Marketing teams with email‑marketing and organic social media initiatives.
• Optimize performance of paid campaigns across search, metasearch, display, and social platforms, and boost organic SEO traffic.
• Manage relationships and performance of digital media agencies to secure advanced technical solutions and optimal media‑buying conditions.
• Collaborate with the Group Digital Analytics Manager to enhance measurement tools, reporting processes, and spend optimisation through attribution modelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing role within a hospitality or similar high‑touch environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media, and performance analytics.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with CRM, rooms sales, and analytics teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
