International Sales Advisor – Real Estate (Commission Only)

About the role

Nationwide Middle East Properties is looking for motivated International Sales Advisors to join its Abu Dhabi team. This is a commission‑only position offering high earning potential for candidates who are confident in sales and passionate about real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through multiple channels.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends and property listings.
• Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.

Required profile

• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and any additional language (Italian, French, Russian, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and proactive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market is an advantage.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (mandatory).
• UAE driving licence is a plus.
