Real Estate Sales Advisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Nationwide Middle East Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Advisor to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on generating new client leads, guiding them through property transactions, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking and relationship building.
• Provide comprehensive property consultations, covering market trends, pricing, financing and legal aspects.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, delivering professional presentations of each listing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by applying effective sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on Abu Dhabi real‑estate trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in UAE real‑estate.
• Strong work ethic, resilience and motivation to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build trust quickly with a diverse client base and work both independently and collaboratively.
