Assistant Manager Soft FM Services

About the role

The Assistant Manager Soft FM Services ensures that client requirements for facilities services are met or exceeded. This role oversees service delivery, quality, technical matters, and client relationships while coordinating in‑house teams and third‑party contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction for services such as landscaping, pest control, outdoor cleaning, waste management, water features and flag hanging.
• Provide technical support to the Soft FM team, including drafting Aconex letters.
• Supervise third‑party contractors, conduct site inspections, and drive corrective actions.
• Evaluate contractor performance with the Third Party Services Department and implement improvements.
• Manage property budgets, procurement of spare parts, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management with a strong client‑management focus.
• UAE driver’s licence.
• Preferred certification: CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) or similar.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Aconex for documentation and communication.
• Strong client interaction and crisis‑management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize technical issues and solve complex problems autonomously.
