Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Talent Intelligence

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Talent Intelligence leads end‑to‑end recruitment assignments while building talent intelligence capabilities. The role blends traditional recruitment expertise with AI, automation and data‑driven sourcing to secure high‑quality talent for business‑critical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex recruitment assignments from intake through offer management and closure, partnering with hiring managers to define role expectations and candidate profiles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, digital sourcing platforms, AI‑enabled tools and professional networks.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitor research and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Adopt AI and automation technologies across the hiring lifecycle, validate AI recommendations and identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, pipeline health updates and influence hiring decisions with data‑driven evidence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with end‑to‑end recruitment responsibility.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and manage multiple hiring priorities.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills and experience advising hiring managers.
• High level of ownership, organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled recruitment tools, talent intelligence platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Ability to conduct talent mapping, market research and data storytelling.
