Assistant Manager – VIP Services

About the role

The Assistant Manager, VIP Services will support the day‑to‑day VIP Services operation at Atlantis The Royal, delivering bespoke, 24/7 experiences for our most discerning guests. You will ensure exceptionally high standards of service, personalization, and professionalism while coaching team members and driving departmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead daily VIP Services operations, maintaining premium service standards.
• Service VIP guests around the clock, creating and delivering tailored experiences.
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring KPI achievement.
• Identify and implement enhancements to service offerings.
• Lead performance management and disciplinary actions with guidance from senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to maximise guest experiences.

Required profile

• Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Extensive luxury 5‑star Butler experience, with at least 2 years as a Senior Butler or Assistant Head Butler.
• Fluency in one of the following languages: Russian, German, Arabic, French, Spanish, or Chinese.
• Strong passion for service, people development, and training.
• Highly detailed, organised, and hands‑on approach with willingness to learn all areas of resort operations.
