Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager supports the hotel’s marketing strategy by creating and executing property‑level communications across traditional, digital and social channels. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communication, the role aims to boost brand visibility, drive guest engagement and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the GM, F&B, Operations and sales teams.
• Design and launch targeted promotions and campaigns for in‑house guests and local patrons, focusing on food and beverage offers.
• Act as the liaison with external advertising agencies to coordinate creative and media plans.
• Manage media schedules, digital assets and social media calendars for the property.
• Collaborate with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure alignment of local, digital and social initiatives with overall sales objectives.
• Support public relations activities and contribute to brand storytelling.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
