About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join our new beachfront restaurant in Dubai. You will support the Outlet Manager in daily operations, lead the floor team and ensure the LPM service standards are delivered.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and lead the floor team.
- Coach, mentor and support service staff.
- Attend to guest requests and ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with stock management, ordering and cash handling procedures.
- Support training initiatives and uphold service standards.
- Step in for the Outlet Manager during their absence.
Required profile
- Supervisory or assistant management experience in hospitality.
- Natural leader who supports and motivates the team.
- Guest‑focused with strong attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to handle busy service periods.
- Fluent in English.
