Assistant Relationship Manager (UAE National)

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager supports senior relationship managers in handling operational tasks for bank accounts, delivering high‑quality service to both external and internal customers in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all operational work of accounts with assistance from SRMs/VPs.
• Provide specialist information, guidance and advice to customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and high satisfaction.
• Execute WBG tasks accurately and within set timescales while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Promote and assist in implementing online banking transactions to reduce account‑related queries.
• Ensure regular updates of trade licences in line with bank policies.

Required profile

• Address queries related to callbacks, insufficient funds, signature mismatches, alerts and inform the Relationship Manager.
• Follow up on customer requests, salary files, GPSSA, TT and EFT submissions and take appropriate action.
• Assist the VP in managing fixed deposits and maintaining accurate records.
• Support VP/SVP in preparing MIS reports and presentations on the unit’s assets and liabilities.
• Comply with the staff code of conduct to uphold the bank’s positive image.
