About the role

Useathos is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to take full operational charge of a high‑volume fast‑casual outlet in a premium commercial hub. This hands‑on leader will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, driving performance on the floor and ensuring exceptional service for both dine‑in guests and delivery customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of at least 10 staff members, fostering discipline and high performance.
• Own the outlet’s P&L, manage inventory, control food costs, and reduce waste.
• Balance premium dine‑in service with high‑volume delivery platforms, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Handle rush‑hour pressure, make swift decisions, and resolve customer complaints on the spot.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience managing a high‑volume fast‑food or fast‑casual outlet in the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of 10+ in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and daily reporting.
• Hands‑on, floor‑based management style with a proactive, accountable attitude.
