Assistant Restaurant Manager – Prime68 Steakhouse

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Prime68 Steakhouse team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations in a vibrant 5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the venue.
• Monitor dining room for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain inventory, conduct stock counts, and requisition supplies as needed.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and storage areas for compliance with standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related restaurant experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
