Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager – Arabic Speaker (Levantine Cuisine)

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager will support the F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage in delivering authentic Levantine hospitality to our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure seamless daily operations, uphold 5‑star service standards, and create memorable dining experiences for VIP and regular guests alike.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including table setup, ambiance, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Handle VIP guests and special dining requests, resolving any complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to guarantee timely, high‑quality food service and maintain presentation standards.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and duty rosters.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores, reviews, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Control food and beverage costs, track daily sales performance, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee cash handling, billing, and POS transactions accurately.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, HACCP, and hotel SOPs.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in a luxury 5‑star restaurant environment.
• Leadership ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and problem‑solving capabilities.
