Assistant Revenue Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Assistant Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team at Fairmont Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role you will support the Revenue Management department in optimizing pricing strategies, analysing market trends and maximising revenue potential across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse revenue data and market trends to support pricing and inventory decisions.
• Assist in developing and monitoring revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, occupancy rates and market analysis.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to inform strategic recommendations.
• Support the implementation of revenue management strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain and update revenue management systems and databases with accurate information.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to identify revenue optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with revenue management systems and property management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modelling.
• Experience with data visualisation and analytics tools.
