Assistant Sales Manager B2B – Audio/Video & Electronics

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager will promote Al-Futtaim's reputable audio‑visual, projector, ProAV and LED/LCD display solutions to corporate and B2B customers through system integrators across the UAE. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base and ensuring profitable margins.

Key responsibilities

• Sell A/V, projector, ProAV and LED/LCD visual solutions to project customers via system integrators and directly to corporate enterprises.
• Achieve and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin while developing new and existing accounts.
• Maintain outstanding collection of payments and meet defined KPIs.
• Identify market opportunities through industry sources and regular customer visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of key‑account or corporate B2B sales experience in the A/V, projector or visual solutions sector.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage officials at all levels.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of technology trends in the A/V industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
