Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to drive attraction ticket sales through hotel and concierge desks across the UAE, with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi. You will leverage existing distribution channels, build strong relationships with DMC partners and hotel staff, and ensure our destinations remain top‑of‑mind for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end hotel sales channel for UAE hotels, especially Abu Dhabi, to maximise ticket sales.
• Develop and implement digital and print marketing collateral strategies within hotel properties.
• Collaborate with the Transportation Team to boost ridership and improve guest experience.
• Identify and secure new distribution opportunities, keeping Miral Destinations front‑and‑center in hotel point‑of‑sale environments.
• Monitor monthly sales performance from concierge and sales teams, reporting trends to management.
• Liaise with hotel marketing and B2B marketing teams to provide required guest‑facing materials.
• Coach, appraise and support direct reports, fostering a high‑performing sales team.
• Conduct product training, webinars and FAM trips for hotel partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, hotel management, and industry organisations.

Required profile

• Proactive and results‑driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with hotel, concierge and DMC stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and act on opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for training and updates.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism sales within the UAE is preferred.
