Assistant Supply

About the role

The Assistant Supply supports daily product stock management, ensuring accurate recording of transfers, deliveries, and meter readings in compliance with company regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Check and audit products issued against PDNs/PTNs, comparing meter‑reading notes with dispatch and control‑room statements.
• Prepare daily product transfer and delivery statements, reconcile product notes, and generate monthly meter‑reading reports.
• Reconcile daily PDN/PTN and meter‑reading statements from the Control Room and report discrepancies to relevant officers.
• File yellow copies of confirmed PDN/PTNs and forward them to Finance with system printouts.
• Prepare monthly statements of products received from Umm Al Nar, Moussafa & Ruwais refineries.
• Maintain unit activity records, type daily and monthly reports, and handle typographic duties as assigned.
• Track staff annual leave and perform typographic duties during the Dispatch Assistant’s absence.
• Assist the Supply Supervisor with unit activities and cover duties during their absence.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with vocational/technical training.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving license.
