About the role
The Assistant, Supply is responsible for maintaining daily product stock registers, recording transfers and deliveries, and reconciling PDN/PTN and meter readings in line with company regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Check and audit products issued against PDNs/PTNs, compare meter‑reading notes with dispatch and control room statements.
- Prepare daily product transfer and delivery statements, reconcile product notes, and generate monthly meter‑reading reports.
- File confirmed PDN/PTN copies, forward them to Finance, and prepare monthly statements of products received from refineries.
- Maintain unit activity records, type daily and monthly reports, and support staff leave tracking.
- Assist the Supply Supervisor and cover duties during their absence.
Required profile
- High School Diploma with vocational/technical training.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in product supply or logistics.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Good spoken and written Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
