Goods Flow Manager – Retail

About the role

The Goods Flow Manager is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing store goods flow operations in line with IKEA's vision of creating a better everyday life. The role focuses on ensuring stock availability, cost efficiency, and compliance while supporting the logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the goods flow team to achieve high stock availability at the lowest possible cost.
• Develop and secure capacity plans and efficient processes for receiving, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor budget, cost, and KPIs, implementing logistics actions from the store business plan.
• Ensure daily operations follow the Service Protocol, minimizing wait times and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify and develop talent within the team for succession planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail and/or logistics at tactical and operational levels.
• Proven leadership experience managing people and business processes.
• Ability to set and implement action plans with clear direction and follow‑up.
• Experience in budgeting and achieving financial targets.
