Associate Commercial Analyst

About the role

As an Associate Commercial Analyst at dubizzle, you will support the Property Inside Sales and Jobs verticals by providing data‑driven insights that improve processes, products and revenue. Working closely with sales, product, finance and marketing teams, you will help shape commercial strategy and drive growth across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Support target‑setting for Property Inside Sales and Jobs verticals and track performance against those targets.
• Build, maintain and automate dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, sales productivity and commercial metrics.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis on multi‑source datasets to uncover business opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
• Monitor competitor performance and pricing, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide analytical insights for data‑driven decision making.
• Develop self‑service reporting tools and design executive‑level dashboards and presentations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis and ad‑hoc commercial analyses.
• Spend time on the sales floor to understand challenges, prepare enablement kits and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy, business analytics or sales enablement, preferably in an internet/e‑commerce environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and commercial/financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex business problems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
