Associate - Digital Assets

About the role

The Graduate Associate for Digital Assets supports the Digital Banking & Innovation division in exploring, designing and implementing digital asset initiatives. It suits fresh graduates who want to work at the intersection of traditional banking and emerging technologies, covering web3 frameworks, digital tokenization, blockchain applications and evolving digital asset ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Research global digital asset trends, regional regulatory updates and fintech innovations, then turn findings into benchmarks, presentations and market intelligence reports for leadership.
• Document business requirements, process flows and project lifecycles for digital asset proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
• Coordinate project schedules, track milestones and follow up on deliverables across internal working groups.
• Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) of new digital asset or blockchain-based tools.
• Gather performance metrics and user feedback to help optimise platforms and track usage internally.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate.
• Foundational understanding of digital ecosystem principles, blockchain concepts, smart contracts or tokenization frameworks.
• Ability to interpret structured numerical charts and data sets.
• Preferred: academic or personal projects showing familiarity with digital wallets, crypto-asset frameworks or sandbox environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel data modelling and PowerPoint formatting.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
